LABC New Home Warranty is very proud of the surveying resources they utilise under the scheme.

A national network of highly qualified/experienced surveyors carries out comprehensive ‘key stage’ technical inspections.

All surveyors working on the scheme take an extremely pragmatic approach to their work and their aim is to work closely with clients and in doing so avoid problems that all too often result in costly delays.

By registering your development with the LABC New Home Warranty you will benefit from the knowledge that each new home has been inspected at certain crucial stages of construction. Developed in response to the needs of the industry, and customers' expectations, our inspection process focuses on key stages of construction and identifies sites that need extra attention.

The service fits in with your construction programme while allowing our Site Audit Surveyors to concentrate on sites that require extra inspections to ensure that construction meets the standards of the LABC New Home Warranty Technical Manual.

Following each inspection the Site Audit Surveyor will write to the developer and/or their nominated representative confirming their observations and any other relevant comments.

The report will be entered on the LABC New Home Warranty database by the surveyor using an internet link and automatically copied to the builder/developer and any other relevant persons by e mail.
