LABC Warranty Code for Sustainable Homes Calculator.

The technical requirements of the Code were amended on November 2010 and new guidance issued. Our calculator has been updated to reflect these changes but in certain circumstances you may need to achieve a rating based on the previous (May 2009) version of the Code. Specifically where an application for Building Regulations was made before 1st October 2010 it will be possible to register developments against the May 2009 version of the Code indefinitely.
